KGMU Nursing Officer Eligibility Criteria 2025:
Candidates who are interested in applying for KGMU Nursing Recruitment 2025 must meet the eligibility criteria given below.
Educational Qualification:-
Candidates must fulfill one of the following qualifications:
B.Sc. (Hons.) Nursing/B.Sc. Nursing from an Indian Nursing Council (INC)-recognized institute/university OR
B.Sc. (Post Certificate)/Post Basic B.Sc. Nursing from an INC-recognized institute/university.
Registered as a Nurse & Midwife with the State/Indian Nursing Council.
OR
Diploma in General Nursing Midwifery (GNM) from an INC-recognized institute/university.
Registered as a Nurse & Midwife with the State/Indian Nursing Council.
Minimum two years of experience in a hospital with at least 50 beds after qualifying.
Note: Candidates must produce Uttar Pradesh/Indian Nursing Council registration during document verification.
Age Limit (as of January 01, 2025):-
- Minimum Age: 18 years
- Maximum Age: 40 years
Age Relaxation (As per UP Govt. Rules):
- SC/ST & OBC: 5 years
- PwD Candidates: 15 years
- Permanent Govt. Employees (with 3 years of service): 5 years
- Ex-Servicemen: As per UP Govt. norms.
